Here is what im starting with a 1972 buick skylark 2 door sport coupe (hardtop) 350-2bbl automatic, all original numbers matching, its seamist green paint with a dark green interior with bench seats

3 speed auto, A/C, Clock, Am Radio

i bought my car half a year ago and have finaly commited on the bodywork
Rust under the vinel top


Chemical Striping and DA sanding started,


car bodywork started, temporary primed with a spraycan, going io replace with SPI's Epoxy primer

Patch pannels welded in

Roof gap fixed from the poor factory gap due to the vinyl top covering it


Rear Window removed for bodywork/rust removal, patches coved with bondo to become smooth



Trunk epoxy Primed (first time using a spray gun, hf model 43430)




hood, grill, bumpers, mirrors and door removed to do primer










Rear Quarter Bondo'd


Epoxy Priming








PCL Polyester Primer/surfacer applyed





here are some digital renderings i did on photoshop, if i decide on limemist green, it dosnt look this viberent, this was just for fun


not my car, but what i want it to look like with just the buick hood stripes 
Well kind of slow on the updates, but i have gotten my car painted and here she is, the color is called electeric lime off of a 2005 saturn (gm color on other models as well) the color has a strong gold metalic base in it
